You learn to keep your problems to yourself because in reality most people sincerely do not care. It’s a shame that we live in a world where no one cares about anything. I promise, people care about you. Teach yourself to stop letting people and situations upset you. You’ll have days where you don’t even know how you feel anymore. You feel nothing. You’re just numb. And honestly, I’m not sure what’s worse, being overly emotional or having no feelings at all. There’s nothing wrong with expressing yourself. You just need to channel that negative energy into something good. When I have a bad day or don’t feel great about myself, I channel that energy and I go to the gym. It’s the best feeling to tune out the noise of the world and just focus on yourself. You just need to find the right outlet whether it’s writing, boxing, or meditating.
