The greatest quartet after a busy day of business meetings is silence. The best feeling is laying in my bed while my peppermint diffuser hums in the background. It’s relaxing. Sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is remain silent. I’ve learned to be more selective with my battles and to let go of things that I cannot change. In moments when I feel lost, I remind myself to stay grounded. I’m learning to stop holding myself back and focus on what matters most to me. I fell off track for a little while, but I’m working on whipping myself back into shape. There’s no greater motivation than the fear of failure. Question of the day: What do you think defines a good life?
Wherever you are in the world stay happy, healthy, and safe! ❤️

To always be grateful!!!
Yes, it’s so necessary! 🤗
Absolutely!💕
I believe the good life would have to be something money doesn’t buy because I didn’t have much luck with the “what would you do with a million dollars” question.
The good life is being loved and knowing it. Having the gift of another person’s love demonstrates for me that one of the greatest gifts of God is the ability to give and receive love, whether from another human or from God. Love does not keep troubles away, but it gives us someone and/or something to help us get through it. Love, by its very nature, means you are not alone. That is a good life.
Silence can really be a gift! As far as I’m concerned “a good life” is one in which you find happiness… whatever that means to you. For me it’s having fantastic kids, loving family, supportive friends and following my dreams. ❤️
Absolutely! <3
