Happiness Is A Choice

And there’s nothing more captivating then the moment you find yourself.  The greatest decision I have ever made was when I decided I could care less of any other human being’s opinion of me. We spend far too much of our lives caring about how others perceive us. We seek validation from others when we feel the need to prove ourselves. There is a significant difference between caring what others think of you and worrying about what others think. When you care you respect someone else’s opinion, while worrying is when you seek validation from others.

You should do things because it’s what makes you happy. Take care of your physical, mental, and emotional health. Dress up for yourself. Wake up for yourself. Work out for yourself. And go on dates for yourself.  Try to stop complaining, making excuses, and playing the victim because that attitude will be the same reason for your defeat. In moments of distress, remind yourself that making mistakes and slow progress is still better than any other person that is not trying. Question of the day: What’s one of your greatest accomplishments thus far in your life?

Wherever you are in the world stay happy, healthy, and safe! ❤️
